If you are looking to lose weight fast, here is very simple and tasty fat burning vegetable soup recipe for you. This is also immunity boosting. This is an oil free vegetable soup for weight loss. Replace your lunch and dinner with this weight loss diet soup and you can lose up to 7 Kgs in 7 days which means you can lose weight overnight. Here is the recipe for a healthy weight loss diet soup:

Ingredients:
Bottle gourd (Lauki)- 1
Tomato- 2
Carrot- 1 to 2 (depending on size)
Salt – to taste
Butter- 1 tsp (optional)
Chat Masala- 1/2 tsp (optional)

Procedure: Cut all the veggies in big chunks. Put it all in a pressure cooker with some water and salt. After the first whistle, cook on low to medium heat for 5-7 minutes. Turn off the gas. Let all the steam release. Open the lid of the cooker and let it cool for another 10-15 minutes. Once cooled, throw everything in a blender and blend until a smooth paste is formed. Then strain the paste for any seeds. Put it back in the cooker with some butter (optional). Add additional water and salt as per your liking. Your soup is now ready.
You can sprinkle some chat masala or add some croutons if you wish.
