Ingredients to make tomato juice for Weight Loss:-
2-3 ripe large tomatoes or 3-4 small tomatoes
1/4 tsp rock salt ( optional)
1/2 tsp roasted Cumin seeds powder
1/2 tsp mint Leaves Powder/ some fresh mint Leaves
Roughly chop the tomatoes add rock salt, Cumin seeds powder & mint Leaves powder blend
