How to exercise to lose weight, lose belly fat, forearm fat, thigh fat, calf fat, it helps to reduce fat in the blood vessels, help remove toxins in the body, help our body to be stronger, easier to exercise every day for good health.
– you don’t have to move fast or do a lot of time in 30sec, but you really have to find your position and speed you can feel that it’s actually working on your arms.
– when you do arm circles,
①pull your arms back and draw circles with your arms.
②bend your wrists lightly to your body.
– when you do up and down, extend your arms as far as you can and move slowly!
– while doing exercise, you need to be focus on your triceps! if other parts of your body get hurt or have muscle pain, you should try to be conscious of which muscle you are using, and focus on triceps to correct your move.
– if your biceps hurts when drawing rainbow(the last exercise), you should keep your shoulder at the same position and wrist your arms. or you can do the move turning over your palms!
